WWPO Final Update from NHPleinAir
Our 3rd day of the World-Wide Paint Out was spent at Mill Brook Gallery and Sculpture Garden in Concord NH. The day got off to a slow start with low clouds and mist and only 4 artists daring to venture out to paint. Three of us stayed under the shelter of a large overhang on the deck at the gallery and the 4th had her own 1 person shelter! A few others showed up later in the day, and we had a good dozen by 3 PM - reception and sale time!
The gallery hosted a wine and cheese reception and our wet paintings were displayed on tabletop easels. Public traffic was a bit slow, probably due to the weather, but we did have 20-30 visitors and 3 paintings were sold.
